Relevant access solutions are researched in connection with the realities of each communities. When they are found they are carefully selected and shared to make them available to the beneficiaries in the area. Winds combines a transversal research to identify existing equipment models or the needs to create some that specifically meet local churches needs. Such a task takes at least three parameters into account: (1) the level of quality of the Internet network of the territory, (2) the most popular and most easily usable applications according to the context of 'accessibility and need (3) and organizational goals.

Putting the appropriate equipment and resources in the hands of the people who need them is only a part of the work that needs to be done. Once the equipment and resources are made available to the people who need them, it is necessary to ensure that the beneficiaries acquire the knowledge and the skills they need to use and sustainably benefit from them. This includes knowing how to maintain them. This task implies both knowing how to identify effective applications and how to use them efficiently. Beneficiaries are trained to know how to continue to search for them to develop their capacity independently

Once these solutions of access and competence in using technology exist, their applications must be able to produce the greatest good possible and in all areas of life, whether spiritual or physical. The Church's social commitment and commitment to serve communities which is understood in the Mission of God is the framework in which the application of skills will allow a proven social impact on the population and the community that the local churches serve. This requires special attention to economic development of parents, the education of young people and children as well as the protection of all vulnerable populations.
